iMagine's Competence Centre Working Group, composed of AI, IT, and domain experts from WP3 (marine and freshwater applications) and WP4 (AI framework and IT), is central to the project's success. The Centre's activities focus on providing comprehensive support and fostering continuous improvement. This includes:
- Monitoring and Support: Regular meetings and an annual workshop provide ongoing support to the project's use cases, addressing challenges and facilitating knowledge exchange.
- Best Practice Development: The Centre actively collects input from the use cases to develop and disseminate best practices, ensuring consistent and effective implementation across the project.
- Standardization and Quality Improvement: The Competence Centre plays a crucial role in guiding use cases through the standardization of datasets and implementing quality-improvement processes, contributing to the overall quality and reliability of the project's outputs.
